Before deciding to practice law as a sole practitioner in 2013, Danielle Graham worked for top-tier law firms in Washington, DC. She brings her big firm experience and work ethic to her practice, while providing the personalized service of a sole practitioner. As a big firm lawyer, Ms. Graham practiced complex commercial and intellectual property litigation, representing Fortune 100 clients such as Microsoft, Philip Morris and Comcast. Ms. Graham continues to provide skilled representation in diverse litigation matters.
Danielle Graham specializes in business law and complex commercial transactions. Because of her litigation experience, Ms. Graham provides clients with a unique perspective to protect their business interests and avoid unnecessary litigation. Ms. Graham serves as General Counsel for a number of small businesses. Ms. Graham also maintains a significant focus on estate planning and probate. Danielle Graham and her husband reside in Ahwatukee with their two children. Ms. Graham is an active member at Mountain Park Community Church. Her greatest joy is spending time with her family. She also enjoys biking, running, hiking, rowing, and all things Peloton.
