The Law Office of Danielle K. Graham maintains an online office and has limited overhead expenses. This allows us to provide clients with quality representation and unparalleled service at extremely affordable rates. In addition, the flexibility of an online office means in-person consultations are always at a location convenient for you.

Hourly Rate

Danielle Graham charges $435 per hour.

Initial Consultation

An initial 60 minute consultation is $435, which will be credited to your first invoice if you retain Ms. Graham.

Last Will Packages

Each package includes: Last Will and Testament, Financial Power of Attorney, Healthcare Power of Attorney, and Living Will.

  • Single, with children* – $2,200 per individual
  • Married, with children* – $2,800 per couple
*With guardian and trust provisions for minors.

Living (Revocable) Trust Packages

Each package includes: Trust Document, Certificate of Trust, Conveyance of primary residence to Trust, Conveyance of personal property to Trust, Last Will and Testament (pour over will), Financial Power of Attorney, Healthcare Power of Attorney, and Living Will.
  • Living (Revocable) Trust with One Trustee – $2,800
  • Living (Revocable) Trust with Married Co-Trustees – $3,400

Additional Estate Planning

  • Health Care Power of Attorney — $400 per individual; $600 per couple
  • Advanced Health Care Directive (Living Will) — $400 per individual; $600 per couple
  • Financial Power of Attorney — $600 per individual; $800 per couple
  • Beneficiary Deed — $900 per individual
