Wills

If you’ve got stuff, you need a Will.
By creating a Will, you can arrange for your possessions to be distributed and managed the way you want.  If you fail to create a Will, the state will decide for you.
If you have children, you need a Will.  Period.
Without a Will, the state will choose a guardian from among your relatives, and it may or may not be the person you would have chosen.
But, why do you need an attorney to prepare a Will?
You’ve probably heard it said, the devil is in the details.  Nowhere is this more true than for your Will.  The do-it-yourself forms do not account for all individual circumstances, which could cost your loved ones dearly.  For example, if you are married with no children, naming your spouse the sole beneficiary of your entire estate would be reasonable.  But what if you are part of a blended family and have children from a previous marriage?  If your Will gives all your assets to your new spouse, you could accidentally disinherit your children from your previous marriage.
When you have your Will prepared by Ms. Graham, you can rest assured that no detail is overlooked and your family is provided for in the manner that you intend.
Please contact Danielle Graham now to prepare or update your Will.
